Carly Harding is a Red Seal Pastry chef with a passion for creating masterful French pastry. Her belief is that the best desserts are made with love and the finest “real” ingredients possible. Just like true French Master Pastry Chefs, there is no such thing as a short cut in Carly’s kitchen.
Born on the Sunshine Coast, she enrolled in the Dubrulle French Culinary School in the pastry program and worked at a high end pastry shop in Vancouver while attending school. She apprenticed and worked with the Fairmont Hotels for much of her career and had the pleasure of working in Whistler, Toronto, and Abu Dhabi perfecting her craft prior to moving to Kamloops where she worked in her family’s business.
Today, Carly and the team at Gold Leaf Pastries are pleased to create the most delectable, fine French desserts for their clients who receive only the finest for their special events.
